I assist with the development of clear and consist buying strategy based on current base suppliers and creating new buying sources. I adopt the strategy to the company’s business profile by presenting the current financial potential, possibilities of costs reducing with maintaining a high quality of products and services. My brief is also to train buyers on how to negotiate with suppliers and how to evaluate the price of each garment based on current fabric price and accessories. I cooperate with direct factories and agencies on Europe and Asia with a different target price and technological capabilities of product groups.
